CBRS to Wi-Fi Trade-Up

As outlined in HIP 139, the Helium community has reached an outcome for the handling of CBRS on the Mobile Network. For eligible radios, this program offers an opportunity to receive Helium Hotspots while retaining existing CBRS equipment.

All CBRS radios that earned rewards between August 1, 2024 and November 1, 2024, qualify for the following Helium Hotspot replacements:

Eligibility extends to CBRS radios connected to any functional 5G gateway (e.g., FreedomFi, Bobcat 5G).

To verify the ownership of your CBRS radios you are required to have an email address affiliated with the Helium Mobile Dashboard that is tied to your Hotspots and Radios. 

After you are done with this step, please come back to this page and complete the form in Step 2.

If you have already processed SAS fee payments in the past, you may already have an email address associated with your dashboard. You can either confirm and leave it be, or update it during this process.
