Meet your Parenting Stewards

Stewards come from every walk of life.  We are a lot like our children: individual, headstrong, daring, experimental, courageous, affectionate and, in our own way...perfect.  And so, without further ado, meet your Helium Parenting Stewards.

Babies

Welcome to our newest steward, Shen-Li Lee! 

Shen-Li is taking on the Babies subchannel, but she might be in and out a bit at first - she's expecting her second child in the next couple of weeks.

Welcome to Linda L. Kinyon, new steward for Child B&D!   With eight children, Linda can tell us a LOT about child behavior....

Special Needs

Steward over Special Needs, Mun is an active member of the Parenting Forum. Mun is also the manager of the Chicken Pot Pie Zone and edits Special Needs: Autism & Special Needs: ADHD Zones.

Teen Views

  • Co-Steward for Teen's Views, Eric keeps an eye on the Parenting Teens channel and various places in the Helium community especially designed for teens. He is a manager for the Teen's Views Zone.

David A. White is our new Teen Views co-steward.  David is a very diverse writer and has actually been hanging around here for awhile already; his channel stew, however, has been running behind a bit....

The Parenting and Pregnancy Channel here at Helium has been undergoing a few changes: we've added two new stews, with a third poised to join us around the first of the year.

We've also made a few changes to subchannels, like adding new sections to Parenting Styles and a few others.  And, a brand new subchannel as well: Grandparents!

Stop by, hang out, give us a holler when you get a chance - and write, write, write!
