Helium's Channel Managers

A Channel Manager is many things... a leader, a helper, a teacher, a writer and more. Welcome. Come on in and visit, ask questions or just say hello.

Channel Managers are experts in their channel's subject area and have amassed many articles in that subject. They are willing to share that knowledge with any who would seek it.

Imbibed in the spirit of giving, Channel Managers help readers find material, writers find their voice and everyone find Helium.

Conduits in the information chain, Channel Managers bring Helium news to the public eye. They tweet and stumble upon most everything, even if they Digg it, too.

Real world knowledge comes from their hands-on experiences.

Quality is the Channel Manager mantra. In their own writing, in the writing of their mentees, on the Helium site, they strive to bring the best information to the forefront through writing, rating and education.

Many Channel Managers inhabit Helium's Discussion Boards. They are the writer's pipeline into Helium. By suggesting titles, opening debates and listening to the writers, Channel Managers find ways to bring knowledge to everyone.

Channel Managers learn. They keep their minds open to opposing opinion, marketing strategy, hot topics, demands for content and new ways to educate themselves, all while finding new ways to help Heliumites the world over.

If you need a hand, a Channel Manager will be there.

Hi Everyone!

I am the new Channel Manager on the Catholicism subchannel. I've heard of a few of you and know a few... Nice to be here! I was the Channel Manager on the Reflections subchannel in Creative Writing for about a year and loved it. And, then, when I signed up for writing classes, I had to take a break. The classes are over, and here I am again. . .

I found this information very encouraging. I don't know if there is yet a channel for information for rescuers and lovers of Pigs, more especially Pot Belly Pigs, or Miniature pigs, but it has been suggested to me on more than one occasion that I might be useful in this position. Presently, and for the past several months, I have been dealing with a whole lot in my private life, which has affected my writing. I have lost two of my writing stars, and one of my rating stars blinks off and on from day to day, but I really would appreciate any help available to get into position for that post. I have been doing more creative writing lately, as it seems to be helpful to my personal expression, for now at least. I have been doing more rating than writing on helium.com to at least regain control of my rating stars.
My articles are for the most part, in respectable places, and I am striving to regain my writers juices in various other topics.

Double check 2 things. 1. Were the articles written by the 24th of July? If they were written after the 24th, they wouldn't be paid out until September. 2. Were the reviews in a channel that is eligible for empty title bonuses and upfront pay? If not, they won't earn either.

The channels that aren't eligible are listed at http://help.helium.com/earn-money-helium a little ways down the page.

I hope this helps.

I was just perusing this site and noticed that book reviews are eligible for the empty titles bonus ... since I know I have at least two reviews that I'm fairly certain qualify, I'm wondering why the payment didn't appear in my account? Or do I have this wrong?

I have been working on leap frogs for about a month now in order to get my blue star back. I need some help on which articles to leap frog first to get things moving once again. I have articles that are making good money, but others that never seem to move at all. I write a lot of how to articles on Home and Garden and others to the creative article side as well. Thanks for anyone that can give me some insight on getting help.

Hi! I am looking for insight on copyright of objects in photos. One of my dreams is to publish photo books with inspirational messages. My first question is, if there are no people in my picture and no copyright objects such as Nascar, etc. can I use pictures of cars or animals without owners consent? Thank you for your help! Nice to meet you all. I recently wrote 3 articles for Religion and Spirituality channel. How do I know about the feedback from the readers? Jaya Huprikar
