What is a Toy Dog?

Unlike sporting dogs or working dogs, toy dogs are bred primarily as companion animals.  They are all small-breed dogs, though not all small dogs fall in the toy group.  On this zone, you will find articles about each of the dogs in the American Kennel Club's toy group.
