Vision Statement

To be the best provider of information to home buyers and sellers, with unparalleled service that provides innovative ideas to the buyers and sellers of real estate in the Chicago area.

Why we are here

This zone is dedicated to helping home buyers and sellers with real estate issues that they may encounter when in a real estate deal. Buying or selling a home is really one of the most emotional experiences that one will face during their lifetime. I own my own home inspection company and deal with real estate purchases daily. No matter what side of the deal that you are on, you will need qualified experts to help with the purchase. I have seen too many people buy without a lawyer, real estate professional, or a quality home inspector, and come into many problems as a result of improper or no real representation. Refer to the many resources available in the following zone.

Realtors: Give us the information we need

Energy Efficient Appliances

The law requires that the labels specify; The capacity of the particular model. For refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, clothes washers and water heaters, the estimated annual consumption of the model. For air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers and pool heaters, the energy efficiency rating. The range of estimated annual energy consumption, or energy ratings, of comparable appliances. Some appliances also feature the Energy Star logo, which means that the appliance is significantly more energy efficient that the average comparable model. For more information on the Energy Star program, operated by the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency, visit the Energy Star website at www.energystar.gov

For an Energy-Smart Deal on your next appliance

· Read the Energy Guide label.

· Compare the energy use of competing models.

· Estimate their differences in energy costs

· Consider both purchase price and estimated energy use when deciding which brand and model to buy.

Looks good my writing brother. I write a lot on Home and Garden and of course, a home inspection is one thing that keeps us Realtors from the liability of home condition. Aside from that, it's just a good idea for a buyer to get one in that we can ask the seller to make repairs if needed. In Texas termites and shifting foundations can be a problem and it's something that needs to be known before closing on a home. Keep on writing!!
