It is my belief that we are all descendants of an 'alien' race that came to this planet in the beginning. With the aid of genetic engineering they 'created' modern man out of an already existent humanoid population, using alien DNA as a base source. It is my belief that these alien visitors then suffered some catastrophic accident that wiped them out, maybe not all at once (Atlantis theory here) but that eventually left us alone on the planet to continue to evolve into the beings that we are today.

I use many of the stories in the bible and writings or even rock paintings/carvings from other ancient and now extinct cultures as my basis for this theory. There are so many similarities in ancient stories and mythologies from diverse cultures all over the world that could be explained as coming from shared beginnings.

I think my alien hypothesis is only viewed as unlikely or even silly because we have been programmed to think of UFOs and aliens as something beyond the realm of the realistic. Why? We, the human race, have developed space travel. Could our spaceships not be seen as UFOs by a less advanced civilisation?

Why could the bible not just be seen as an history book written by a simple people, reporting what they saw (or thought they did!) from that perspective? Can you imagine what they would have made of our spaceships, motor cars, computers, television and so many other modern things that we take for granted today?

Seeing my point of view requires that one put aside all preconceived notions of god, religion and miracles and to open one's mind to the possibility that the bible is not a god's words but a less than perfect history book, written after the event (Genesis), from stories handed down from generation to generation.

Is this concept impossible?

I don't believe so!

Voron built his astounding scientific theory on the lack of evidence linking Cro-Magnon man to still earlier forms on the evolutionary chain.  This so- called "Missing Link" implies a jump in evolution that can only be explained by a miracle -- or by alien intervention!

    As explained exclusively to the Weekly Universe, Der Voron says: "Scientists cannot find the 'Missing link' that links Cro-Magnon man [our own immediate ancestor] to earlier human forms-- yet they've found and continue finding the remains of many less advanced forms that existed long before Cro-Magnon."

According to evolutionary theory, early men evolved into the Missing Link, which evolved into Cro-Magnon man, which evolved into modern Homo Sapiens -- us!  But for the theory to be valid, the Missing Link must have existed about the same time as the Neanderthal -- which means that Missing Link remains (tools, fossils and artwork) should be as common as Neanderthal remains.  Yet while Neanderthal remains abound, the Missing Link remains ... missing!

Says Voron: "If scientists cannot find Missing Link remains, yet easily find Neanderthal remains -- it may be because the Missing Link never existed!  And that Cro-Magnons -- modern man's ancestors -- were genetically engineered!"  But by whom?  Voron sees only one possible answer: "By certain intelligent beings -- of extraterrestrial origin!"

Was Atlantis the last stronghold of Alien Geneticists?

I've always had a fascination with thinking the unthinkable - it isn't so much that I truly believe all that I expound but rather a desire to think way beyond the box and to encourage others to come along for the ride. Atlantis has always intrigued me. Did it exist and, if it did, what happened to it? Could it perhaps have been the final home of the aliens that came to earth and started the evolutionary process that eventually 'created' mankind as we know it today?

Being an Agnostic has many advantages. I get to look at a variety of sources detailing our ancient history from a completely unbiased perspective - including the bible! For many the bible is a holy book, written by the hand of God - for me it is an amazing, if somewhat imaginative history book full of rich material for my often unconventional ideas.

Carrying on from my belief that modern man may be the result of genetical engineering by aliens, one has to ask what happened to these aliens? Could it be that the Garden of Eden and Atlantis may have been the same place? Or, perhaps, that when these alien scientists had a catastrophic meltdown at their experimental laboratory (think Chernobyl here?) and needed to 'expel' Adam and Eve from the 'garden' for their own health and safety, they spread across the planet and a few of them built Atlantis? Imagine, if you will, that not all of their advanced technology would have been saved and perhaps many of their top scientists would have died in the catastrophe. Maybe only  a few of the  more menial staff  such as cleaners and  maintenance men survived. Their knowledge would still have been great in comparison but not sufficient to rebuild their laboratories or even return home.

What if . . .

A few aliens survived! They wandered around the planet and started various civilisations - Atlantis being the main one? Mixing their blood with their creations until they eventually died out, leaving a very diluted version of their 'message'. This could explain why man's lifespan decreased over the centuries - early biblical figures lived to 900 hundred odd years! Now we're lucky to make it beyond 100. Some of our great people in history could well have had 'throwback' genes to our far more intelligent ancestors, making them able to do amazing things - even what the less able would see as 'miraculous' perhaps?

It's only a theory but, seriously,  what if?

UFOs and Aliens Throughout History

Were the Greek Gods and other gods of ancient civilisations indeed gods, or part-god/part-human - or a remnant or contingent of an alien civilisation?

Throughout history we find references to people flying - was this pure fantasy or not? If not, where did they get hold of the technology to make these flying machines? Were they copying designs given to them by people not of this planet?
