Changes are Required in the Marijuana Laws
The Marijuana Policy in the United States has been proven to fail. The federal Government takes the Citizens tax money to arrest and hold non-violent prisoners and provides a budget to the only Government Agency whose goal is to make a plant extinct.
This policy has failed for over 70 years and needs to be reevaluated. A plant that is listed as a schedule 1 drug but since the 1970's has proven over and over that there are Medical uses that would benefit thousands of people that are suffering.
The policy also make any form of Canabis illegal. This also includes the Hemp plant that can be used for industrial use and could benefit many aspects of industry.
