US Politics: The Bias Against Third Political Parties

The Value of Third Party Candidates

The US population has been clamoring for change, but is change truly on the horizon? Is it plausible to believe change will only occur if Republicans and Democrats are put to the test by a viable 3rd party candidate?

Third party political candidates in the US experience several challenges in their attempts to break the barriers that exclude them from being given a fair chance at exposure in order gain recognition.

There are many theories, arguments and reasonings as to why a 3rd party elected official could make a true difference. One of the main problems is getting past the bias and hurdles that exclude them from becoming viable. The information presented in this zone explores the different perspectives as to why a 3rd party candidate could indeed bring about the coveted change.

Outstanding, Leigh. The two party system needs to be expunged. Sadly, I believe only an outright revolt will provide the impetus for a third party ascension. I seriously doubt it will happen at the polling booths throughout America.
