Hi everyone, I'm Ange, (Angel Quinton) a parent of 5 children, ages between 19 and youngest born 27th December 2008.

I live in Staffordshire, in the Midlands, U.K. I am interested in using natural products for cleaning, beauty and health products, including aromatherapy and soap nuts.

I'm also at University Studying for a Foundation Degree for Teaching Assistants. I work voluntarily at a primary school.

I have two horses, Sasha and Java and a dog called Brunetta. I am interested in all animals and animal welfare.

I enjoy spending time with my family, writing, reading, internet, gardening, interior decoration and music.

Breast feeding is the best food for your baby and you. That is a fact. It is the food that they were intended to have. It they way nature intended.
It is better for you, your figure returns to normal much quicker due to the contractions in your muscles when feeding, it is also thought to reduce the risk of certain cancers, heart disease, diabetes. Immunity is also increased in the baby as their mother's antibodies are passed on to them. It is also far less likely to result in overweight babies as it is designed for your baby and they drink as much or little as they need.
