Writing is very much a pastime for me, although Helium particularly complements my day job because it helps sharpen my written communication skills and encourages me to keep abreast of developments in the market. I'm passionate about how businesses manage people - people are at the heart of everything we do. Acknowledging that is the first step to success.

I'm increasingly becoming a gadget-head too. I'm excited about the ways in which these new devices can make my life easier and I also like to keep abreast of the social media market. Both these areas are an increasingly important part of the modern workplace.
