About me - Amy Hite

About me

Amy Hite is not a writer by birth. In fact writing doesn't always come easily to her at all. Yet still, she writes.

Current author of several children's books and a host of lifestyle articles, she burst into her adult life stumbling rather than swinging. A graduate of James Madison University, Amy went through a grand total of five majors before graduating with her B.B.A. Various careers in business management, human resources, financial services, child care, employment recruiting and motherhood have made her an expert in the school of life. Her calling still eludes her but she's always listening for it.

Amy's passion is her family and in her spare time she pretends to be a grumpy troll who rarely leaves the house.

She likes to say she's good at a lot of things, but not really great at anything. Prove her wrong and tell her she's great.
