I am a very happy full time housewife and stay-at-home mom. A career choice I consider a promotion from the world of working outside the home, by the way. A native of Pensacola, FL, I currently reside in the East Alabama area with my husband, three teenage children and three dogs. I am an avid woodworker and gardener although other interests include family, children, teens, the outdoors, art/painting, religion, Christianity, politics and alternative medicine. Having worked in the child-care industry for many years prior to becoming a parent, I thought I was quite the expert on raising children. I expected to teach my children so many things and to do it so well. And I have but what I did not expect was how much I would learn from them.
