I am a 61 years "young" HR Professional specializing in Communication Skills and Soft Skils Training for College Students, Graduates,PG's and Corporate Employees for their confidence enhancement and better productivity. I am a resourceful blend of Teaching, Marketing, HRM and Administrative expertise. Reading, Writing and Training are my passions. The triangular responsibility for student development is shared by the stakeholders - the teacher, the student and the parents. Even though all the three are involved in it, the unenviable task of carrying the greater burden lies with the teacher only. He definitely won't mind doing it, as long as the other two partners contribute their shares in reasonable measures. His expectation here would be more from the parents than from the student himself, for the simple reason that he has a regular contact and so a reasonable control over his student which often is missing with the parents....
