I am a sophomore in college and want to become a professional writer I am working towards my Bachelor in English with Writing and Philosophy minors.
I am a member of my local Toast Masters chapter and a member of a local writing group. Both meet once a week. In the fall I will be leading a Creative Writing Workshop for students at Calvin College and anyone who is interested in the Grand Rapids community. This workshop will be very simple, bring something to read for a maximum of five minutes, with enough copies for everyone. After someone reads everyone critiques and praises the author while offering input.
