Television sitcoms have always been a treat. Today's sitcoms leave a lot to be desired for me. I am a fan of the old "standbys," where you were not afraid that your five year old child or grandchild walked in the room to watch. The number one on my list is the Marlo Thomas show, "That Girl." I loved watching the lovely outfits that she wore, with matching hats. I liked the premise that being nice got you places. She was always doing something for someone.
