Whenever I write an "about me" section, it always ends up sounding like a personals ad. "Single mom of two, loves music and comedy, long-winded, prone to Seasonal Affective Disorder, searching for someone with whom to share Cold Stone ice cream during the summer. No Scrubs."

What else can someone learn about me in such a short space? How can one sum up 36 years in a blurb?

I love my children, my family, and my friends, I love to make people laugh, and I love to share my thoughts. The latter is what brings me to Helium.
