Who am I and what would you like to know about me? Well, I am a woman entering what I consider the best part of my life yet. I am 50 years old, have raised my family and given most of all my energy to others for the first portion of my life. I spent years as a homemaker, caring for husband, home and children, sacrificing my dreams to make a happy home for my family. Now it is my turn.
I am thrilled with this time of my life. I passed all my big cooking pots on to my daughter who is starting her own family, lost 100 pounds of unhealthy weight, and shed the expectations put upon me by others. I am truly free for the first time and there is no looking back. No empty nest syndrome for me, I enjoy the company of my children now that they are adults and our relationships are finding deeper expression every day. Though they do not approve of my free and simple lifestyle or my spirituality, they are adults and will have to accept it.
Yet, my life is not without struggles. I have health issues which cause me chronic pain and am surviving on disability which isn't much. I am married to a wonderful man that loves me as much as I love him. We are apart now as he is incarcerated now. He is paying for his mistake, we are all paying, but love goes on. Commitment is a real thing in life, sometimes put to the test. We have a strong marriage that will pass this test of time. We have a bright future ahead.
I spend my time reading, exploring things of the spirit, writing for hours on end, taking long walks and absorbing the beauty of nature and finding out who I am and what makes me happy. It is the adventure of a lifetime.
My interests are in spiritual things such as Tarot, energy work, healing, reading ancient gnostic texts, meditation and discussing spiritual things with others. I am in the planning stages of a spiritual counseling ministry in which I will use the gifts I have been blessed with to help others to clarify their life path.
I feel that it is essential for people to be involved in the world they live in. Becoming informed about social and political issues and working toward improving the quality of life for all mankind is a responsibility that I take seriously. Caring for our planet is also the responsibility of every citizen of Earth and if everyone did their part we could effect real change.
Writing is part of my life blood, the expression of my soul, and my way of reaching out to a sleeping world. Words are precious and a command of the language is an important thing for all people. I see my writing as my art, it is how I bring beauty into the world.
I hope you enjoy reading my work, and I pray that people will be inspired to live a better and more fulfilled life by my words.

Think of the turbulent days of the 1960's when the Democrats took control of the nation and led us to great things. What happened to the momentum for the common man of the party, why the loss of vigor? It has fallen on lazy days, growing fat on the success, but no longer hungry. Like a boxer out of shape the party has stayed in, but never regained her real glory. I believe the one to bring us back is here, he has the charisma of Kennedy, and I believe a heart to match. We have someone to bring home the title once again.
Down and dirty, to the real nitty gritty, it is time now. Yes we a...
