I was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, lived in New York for a few years when I went to Fordham University, and currently live with my husband and kids in suburban New Jersey. I have not seen much of the world, except for a few vacations within the United States and Italy. As a child, I gravitated towards writing and music, interests I have yet to outgrow! My first job was playing the piano. My first business venture was writing. The two art forms always follow me around.
I've worked in education, non-profit, and marketing, and most of my experience is social in nature. I've had to be good with people in order to do my job.
These days, I live a more fulfilling life, writing content, articles, poetry, and other projects on a freelance basis. I still love music, and I teach lessons on the side.
I am easily inspired by my life and the people in it. I am grateful for the blessings I have, and I love my husband and kids.
When I write, I enjoy researching facts and drawing from my professional experience, which is diverse. I've always been a wonderful multi-tasker and it is a quality that serves me well as a creative person.
