I found Helium a number of years ago but only just started submitting articles this week. Professionally, I have been a licensed Realtor in Florida since 2003. Writing has always been a passion. I have been writing since...well, since I could write. At 8 one of my poems was awarded 2nd place in the county where we lived in North Carolina. Since then I have had several poems and short stories published, mostly in the US though one was published in an Australian publication.
I am currently writing a "sunset travelog" at www.floridasunsetplaces.blog.com. Parts will be "published" in the blog with the rest being held back until the book is finished and published only within the book. Please take a look.
My passion is ...
anything beautiful, but mostly beautiful nature.
I know too much about ...
nothing. How is it possible to know TOO much?
My parents always told me ...

My childhood ambition ...
to ride horses professionally.
My favorite memory ...
Wow! There are so many...
Why I write ...
because I have to.
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
anything that provides background noise or entertains.
My first job ...
grooming hunter-jumpers.
My best moment ...
again... wow, there are so many.
My inspiration ...
my son, my dogs, my family, a beautiful sunset, the rain, a bad day, a good day....inspiration is everywhere.
