It took its victims one...two or three at a time. It eagerly devoured all sorts of individuals. The ugly, the beautiful, the rich, the poor. Sometimes it slaughtered entire communities. It took on various meanings, forms and names. It manipulated so many willing and grateful victims. Known around the planet by this moniker: Success.
