Hello

My name is Tammy Stoner, and I am a licensed clinical social worker, and trained family therapist.

There were a number of years that I left the health care profession, and owned and operated multiple businesses. I have experience working in the private, and the public sector, and understand some of the stresses unique to each.

I excel at identifying trends in the marketplace, and have a gift for helping others get businesses off of the ground. I have been told that I am great at helping people get started in new directions, and that I have been the spark that helped them create a breakthrough.

My mind is a whirlwind of ideas, and I enjoy writing them on paper. I have been a member of Helium since March 2007, and this website has provided opportunities to enhance these skills.

I created a model of teddy bears known as the MeBear Family, and integrated these bears with skills as a social worker, and created the Bear Technique. I operate a website at www.InteractiveTeddyBears.Com. Check it out, as its an extraordinarily fast method of gathering information in clinical sessions with adults and with children.

I operate a real estate business, buying and selling homes. I have done this for 22 years.

Writing in my passion, and developing new ideas into tangible substances my gift. I have published three books, hundreds of articles, and seek to expand writing into more freelance opportunities.

My dream job is to write television shows. As a child, I would sit under a tree, and write scripts of family drama. Funny how I grew up and became a family therapist. Today, I would love to turn that childhood hobby into a career in television.

"The lead dog gets the best view", is a popular saying, and it is also true. Without a doubt, the leader steers the sled, and changes course when needed. The other dogs follow. Leadership in an organization is about vision and purpose. You cannot lead unless you know where it is you want to go. Effective leaders work backwards. They determine the end result.
