Disagreeing with company policies, should you voice concerns or not? This is definitely a tricky situation, and if your company doesn't have an anonymous hotline to report concerns you must carefully evaluate the situation before taking action.
Remember nothing changes if someone doesn't say something or do something about it. Now, bearing this in mind, ask yourself the following questions:
