I am the grandmother of three. One granddaughter and two grandsons. These are my pride and joy. There is nothing better in the world than looking down at their sweet little faces.

I have two adult children. I have had some trials with them but they are good kids with a lot of strength and will power. I love them with my entire being.

My boyfriend is a volunteer firefighter. It's a rough life being involved with a firefighter. There are a lot of sacrifices made within our lifestyle because of it. I wouldn't have it any other way. I have had two other serious relationships with firefighters, the first one I married, volunteer firefighter. The second one, a wildland firefighter and a volunteer fire fighter. So I have learned through the last twenty two years how to deal with it. The people that put their lives on the line to help others are the best people you will find on Earth. It doesn't matter if they are paid or if they volunteer. They are all, for the most part, good people.

I love to write. I don't know where it really comes from. I think it is because I feel I can write something much better than I can say it out loud.

There are people that say they can't believe in something that they can't see. I suppose that all depends on your view of life. The question of whether God could exist or not baffles me. I look all around me and can sincerely answer this question with a resounding yes.

When going outside and you feel the wind blowing, can you also see it? The answer is no. The tree branches move, but you can't actually see the wind. It is much the same way with God. You have blessing in your life no matter what your circumstances are. I can personally attest to this.
