My name is Luc Turner, and I live and breath in Human Resources and Industrial Organization. I work for a multi-state company at our corporate HQ as the HR Director. I am also the Channel Manager for Human Resources here in Helium.
I love to make sense out of the chaos that is best referred to as the Human Element. I have a strong background in statistical analysis, and I am the primary author of multiple textbooks and peer reviewed journal articles. I also earned a MS in Industrial Organization before working in this field.
On this site I have a heavy tendency to write in the same manner that I work, which is very different from most articles on Helium because my target audience is typically the employer. To contact me for HR or Industrial/Organizational issues, please email me at luc.turner@gmail.com. I will reply to you as soon as I can, and greatly appreciate the emails I receive from readers on Helium.
