I'm currently trying to finish the final year of my BSc Health & Fitness at Plymouth University. I have a FdSc Sports Therapy and a HND Leisure and Recreation Management.

I run my own company called Sculpting Fitness. I work as a Personal trainer, Nutritionist, Sports Nutritionist, Sports Fitness coach, Sports Physio, Kickboxing coach.

I currently hold the role of physio and fitness coach with six sports teams, and currently looking to ove into working with professional teams, somewhere in the world.

I love traveling, I have seen some of europe, studied breifly in the USA at Marquette University in Milwaukee and have visited New Zealand over xmas and new year..

Core Stability Training (Abdominal exercises).

Breathing.

The key to all core stability exercises is the breathing. This makes us more stable and can help to protect the spine reducing the amount of risk to prolapsing a disk. It also makes lifting heavy items safe.

1. When breathing out pull your abdominal in really tight.
