My real name is my pen name because not only was there an author with the same name but I really like my name. I always thought it was unique and I would like it to be known somehow. My writing isn't really up to par right now because as wierd as it might sound I've recently experienced a 3-year long writer's block and I also haven't been and school for as long. I'm 22 years old by the way and attended community college straight out of high school for 2 semesters and a summer. I was an English major and I credit myself on my spelling and grammar abilities (I rarely ever need to spell check. I'm a natural born editor).

I came across a behind the scenes special for the show before it aired by fortunately discovering that I had free cable in my apartment someone must have forgotten about. My first impression was a good one. Given the fact that at first I thought maybe it would just be another Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Then, that Sunday night at 8 pm I tuned in for the first episode and was very impressed. The first thing to grasp my attention was the location of the boon-dock town called Bon Temps in Louisiana.
