About me - Roxianne Moore

About me

I am a writer, massage therapist, hypnotherapist, and psychic reader. In other words, I specialize in nothing, and dabble in everything.

I have been writing since I was old enough to pick up a pencil, and wrote my first story before I started first grade. I have been a professional freelance writer since 1985, and have published articles in magazines, newspapers and online publications. I have also taught classes in composition and creative writing for all age groups.

I began training as a massage therapist in 1997, and have more than 500 hours of education in that field. I am also certified as a hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner. In addition, I have training and certification in several fields of holistic health and alternative/ New Age fields.

My writing encompasses many areas: fiction, poetry, history, historical travel, New Age, holistic health, and resources for writers.

Other passions include fishing and boating, travel, history, reading, art, and music.
