Desalination is on the rise through out the world. As usual America is behind where places like Israel are pupping out 87 million gallons of desalinated water a day providing there country with 10% of there country's required water, America is just starting to really pick up on the process. However we are still ahead of other countrys. A 2.2 million dollar desalination plant was just built in Texas. It is a test plant for the 150 million dollar full scale plant.
