We've all seen the ideal of the bodybuilder: thick slabs of muscle riveted onto a steel frame; or at least that's what it looks like to the layman. Champion gainers like 'Ah-nuld', Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler have motivated hundreds or thousands of young men to run themselves into the ground trying to "get huge," but rarely do any accomplish that feat.
