My name is Jeffrey, and I still just go by Jeff. I've been a member of Helium for some time and have written a few articles. I would have liked to have written more, but life has interferred. When I joined Helium I was in college, but not anymore. For the last year and three months I have been out of college because I let outside factors interfer. I quit college and went into the oilfield, but thanks to my supportive (and sometimes harrassing) friends I am finally going back. That is, if they let me back in. I would really like that.
I still love to write and have written a few things in my time away from Helium. I will be adding them as I go along, and after I make some corrections.
I am twenty years old and though that is still young, I sometimes fell like an old man. I'm twenty but a lot of times I feel like I'm forty. I've let my life drag me down, but no longer will that happen. I would say its because I won't let anything intefer anymore, but that's not the case. I doubt that I will ever get out of letting family matters interfer with my own matters, but thankfully my family has gotten themselves into other things. Better things, thankfully.
I'm sort of the middle-man for most of my immediate family members, but that's what I get for being so reliable and so good with words. Damn my advice!
Anyway, here I am and here I go. College-bound once more and this time I plan to stay. Nothing short of nuclear-war will get me out this time.

To do whatever my dad was doing: working on cars.

...That's a good question. Probably when my friend Trey and I literally carried another friend, Michael (or Preston as we call him) out onto the dance floor at prom, because he would not dance with his girlfriend.

Why I write ...

I write because I love it. I do not write to impress or anything like that. I would like to entertain people, but I also want to make people think. And I think I can only do that be writing for myself, and not for others.

What I am reading/watching/listening to ...

I am reading a lot of comics on-line, and listening to a lot of Metal.

My first job ...

I worked at a horrible grocery store called Brookshire's. I REFUSE to EVER work there again.

My best moment ...

My best moment was when I finally realized who the most important people in my life are.

My inspiration ...

The will to go on and do things that will prove to my high school teachers and principal that they were wrong about me.
