I am learned and well traveled. I am an artist and poet, a consumer and gourmet. I am smart, but never smart enough. I am comfortable with paupers and princes, the ordinary and the genius, the cashier or the celebrity, the young and the old, the beauty and the beast. I believe that knowledge is not just an asset but an endless quest that we should all undertake with vigor. I rarely have too much, but have always had enough. I believe we are all less important than we think, and always will be. I like most animals more than I like most people, and hope they understand.
