I live in Carolina Beach NC, a small barrier island just outside of Wilmington. I fell in love with this odd little place the first time I visited here. I am passionate about sharing the joys of our island, known as Pleasure Island with the world. I have travelled extensively during my life and found no where else I would rather call home.

Things I love: a good book, a nice glass of red wine at the end of the work day and digging my feet in the sand on my days off.

Ideally, money is not required for a great date. For me the perfect low budget date would be spent at the beach. Afternoon dates are fun, but the ocean at night feeds my romantic soul. I am a girl of simple pleasures, a tasty home cooked meal, a nice glass of wine and the best part of the date, some interesting conversation, that is all it takes for me to be impressed.
