Read, Write, and Ride! That's me!
I am a rabid writer. Pick a topic!
For more than 25 years, I have written mountains of materials: from corporate identity books to creative compositions, and from product publicity to poetry. My professional portfolio includes everything from annual reports to consumer and business-to-business advertising to executive speeches.
Beginning as an editor and copywriter, I also have held positions in advertising and public relations. Upon the arrival of my first child, I began freelancing. The bulk of my workload has been professional and corporate in nature.
For a brief interlude, I also taught high school English and creative writing.
My own educational background includes a B.A. in English and an M.S. in Journalism.
My latest passion is poetry and light humor. After all, writing should be fun, at least occasionally, right?
I believe responsibilities should be respected and honored, but we need not take ourselves too seriously.
Please feel free to peruse my online postings at Helium and elsewhere. I invite you to subscribe as well!

I had a newspaper route . . . uphill in the snow at night . . .before electricity.
