Having a website sharing my knowledge I sometimes feel like a traitor towards an industry that provided me with a very financially secure retirement.
Its a feeling of having climbed from one side of the fence to the consumer side.

WHY am I posting articles, the answer is simple, I have seen to many family's, some with several kids that could barely afford a car being taken to the cleaners by a dealership, at the same time I could not interfere nor show compassion, my hands were tied having to provide for my own family.

Its an easy out for consumers today to say all car salespeople and dealerships are scum, but the real truth is most consumers enter a dealership not knowing the steps or process which takes study.
