Trading on the markets essentially boils down to buying or selling what you think is going to make you a profit. Sound familiar? It's pretty much the same thing that we do when we go to the races or hit a casino. I really don't think that there's that much difference between speculating and investing, the terms get bandied about to label people who lean towards short or longer term time horizons.
