Clay Lowe is an author, coach and consultant.

Clay's eclectic professional life has taken him from the trenches to the boardroom, from motivating combat troops to motivating corporate staff. Clay brings an intimate and thought-provoking approach to leadership development.

Over the past 21 years Clay has had the privilege of leading men and women in a variety of challenging roles.

Clay holds a BSc in Military History. In addition he is an accredited NLP Practitioner, a Master Fitness Trainer, and an Insights Practitioner.

Graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point
West Point is one of the premier leadership academies in the world. Clay graduated with the Class of 92 the Brave and the Few.

Airborne Infantry Officer
Clay served with distinction as an infantry officer with the 3rd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment and with the 10th Mountain Division.

Ascent is a unique personal development and coaching company that utilizes a combination of leading mind technologies and the natural environment to stimulate personal growth and achievement.

Director of Excellerate Ltd
Excellerate is an evolutionary business consultancy that helps clients with improving business performance through its people using innovative training programmes that focus on delivering measurable results.

Clay has 11 years of management and consulting experience working for such top companies as Merrill Lynch, General Electric, and HSBC Bank.
