Firstly, it depends on how old my child is. If he is in high school, 12 years onwards, I don't see a problem with me giving him a sip of my alcoholic drink. I always believe that once you satisfy their curiosity, they won't go out on a drinking binge behind your back and get into even more trouble.

Having said this, I don't think you should encourage your children to drink alcoholic beverages before the legal age. There is a reason why the law states that only the over 18s can drink and buy alcohol, because by this stage, children would have known the difference between enjoying a good ...
