NEWSFLASH! If you eat foods that have labels on the box stating "NO Trans fat" - you may still be eating trans fat. FDA guidelines state that a food manufacturer may list their food item as "ZERO trans fat" as long as there is 1/2 gram or less trans fat per serving. Many people eat more than one serving of these junk food items. The public is being tricked into buying these foods that claim they are trans fat free.
