About me - Joe Vannicola

About me

I have a regular job as a slot attendant at a Racino, which happens to be a combination racetrack and casino. Both the pay and the benefits are good, but my advocation at least as far as I'm concerned)is writing. I really do believe I was put on this earth to be a writer.

Although over the years I've taken several stabs at it by writing a novel yet to be published, assisting a friend on a book called Eroticism In The Fantasy Cinema which was published in the mid eighties, and writing for a couple of movie websites. I also have my own blog called A Joe's Eye View where I expound on a variety of topics. Check it out http://infosack.blogspot.com.

With the availability of writers websites such as Helium,it is my hope to expand my writing to the point where I can one day write full time.My biggest dream, however,is getting my novel published and seeing it displayed in bookstores.
