I took a giant leap forward this year in deciding to seriously pursue my passion for writing (I also took a giant leap backward as far as monetary compensation goes). So far it's all been worth it; I wake up happy and looking forward to the day ahead.
I'm a fairly new resident of Freeport, ME (alas, I'll never be accepted as a "Mainer") and live here with my husband of nearly 30 years. We have two great kids who live out of state, Billy and Katie.
When I'm not feverishly writing, I enjoy kayaking, cross-country skiing, reading, gardening, hiking, traveling, drinking wine, and eating chocolate - not necessarily in that order.
