I am an English major at the University of California Davis. My unyielding ambition is to become a successful fantasy fiction author, and learn everything I need to know to achieve this goal. I have already published a book entitled "An Unlikely Alliance," and am writing and editing subsequent novels for publication as soon as possible. I have mailed short stories all over the US in search of a magazine who approves of them. The latest recipient of my work was Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine, and although I have not yet heard from them, I'm hoping for information on how to perfect my writing.

Finding an in print publisher can be a lot of work, and it is understandable that a first-time author looking for an easy way to get his or her manuscripts to the world would turn to an online publisher.
