I have always had a passion for taking my own thoughts, beliefs, or experiences and putting them down on paper. Since public speaking will always remain a challenge in my life, I will always lean to the pen to channel my emotions and experiences in a way that I feel will portray a sense of my own style and truth.

For those of us who enjoy outdoor excercises and fitness routines, it is especially hard to close up the windows and the doors and enjoy our workouts in the basement or the living room. Excercising outdoors, whether you are taking a walk or mowing the lawn, tends to keep us on our toes by doing and seeing different things each day. On the other hand, when you are forced inside because of the cold-weather months, it's a little harder to keep things new and exciting, and it's easier to become bored and burned out. (Some of us pack on the pounds like bears because of this.)
