My name is Bill Guilmette and I currently reside in Yorktown, VA. I retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 1999. I earned my B.A. in psychology and MBA from Saint Leo University. Over the last several years I have taken an interest in health and alternative medicine. Many of my written works are on the topic of stress and stress related factors we face each day. Leading a meaningful and fulfilling life requires constant practice and dedication to improvement. Each person has to examine what is most important to him/her. A fulfilling life is an ongoing process of learning new ideas, taking on new challenges and attempting to accomplish new goals on a consistent basis.
