I'm not a vegetarian. I just don't eat meat. And I'm from Montana. There are more cattle than people in this state and the cattle are not usually destined for petting zoos. On top of that, it's a large state and with family members from one end to the other, I'd have to say it's a pretty good place to hone your veggie hunting skills. I won't really talk about larger cities in this article. Even those few restaurants with legitimate vegetarian menus in NYC are easily ten times the number of all restaurants in some states.
