I have found that call centers are a good way to get your foot in the door to a specific industry. Not only do they help you become consious of conusmer needs but it spawns ideas of how and how not to run a business. When I first graduated college, it was a little daunting finding a job. The exepectaion was that well i have a degree in business so i will get a job doing that and then in a couple of years the money will come rolling in when that big idea hits me.
