My name is Vince DeGaetano, I am 18 years old and I am attending Columbia College Chicago as a Film major, I will also focus in screen writing. I have my own website www.fronkndegofilms.com where my best friend and I post our own short videos. I try to make the most out of life by being funny as the majority of my articles will tell you. I can be serious, but only when it's necessary. Writing is fun for me because when I'm not acting in a film or telling jokes to my friends, it's the only way I feel I can entertain people. And Helium is defiantly a great medium for me to reach a mass audience. I don't expect everyone to agree with my beliefs or find my ideas funny, but if I could get a chuckle or a near-death laughing episode out of the majority of my readers then I'll be satisfied. But like I said, some of the things I write are serious, and I hope the readers get the underlying message not to take life to seriously and have fun. Ah yes, the back to school blues. I remember when I had a case of those hardcore back in my early years. But as time went on I stopped caring so much, the summer flies by and it felt like a long weekend instead of summer break.
