Yes, and thats only by default. Blacks will never vote Republican because let's face it, if Republicans would reinstitute Slavery labor, they would. An in a sense considering the economic and job status of the entire country, they have it's called Economic Slavery. Where there are no jobs available or disappearing, people become enslaved by their surroundings and how they can survive within it.
