There is a tale of two runners that makes this question fairly easy to answer. The story goes like this: There was once a race run called "The Life of Man" and two runners at the top of their game. Our first runner was named Chris and the second Adolf. Now in races a runner knows enough to hire an accountability partner they name "coach."
