Welcome to my Helium writing world. Finally, after 30 some years I have the time to follow my bliss (as Campbell would say) and endeavor to do tell the stories and talk about the issues which have touched my corner of the world during my daily journey.

For 20 years I was a counselor, social worker, trainer and child advocate for "at-risk" kids and I still hold trainings and seminars on various topics concerning this special population of young people.

My first book was released last Fall (Aug. 2007)"Listen to Me - Whispers in The Dark...Lessons about Life Taught to me by Children". It is a compilation of stories about at-risk and abused kids I worked with, as a counselor, minister and social worker.

I am the editor of the new book "Pets Across America...Lessons About Life Animals Teach Us".

This book is full of stories from people across America about their pets and how people lives were changed by these extraordinary animals. I am proud to announce that 30% of the proceeds of the new book go to local animal rescue groups across America. I am an active conservationist, who has been advocating for environmental and 'green' issues even when it wasn't politically correct or the "in" thing to write and talk about. Some of my best and strongest articles are found on environmental and conservation subjects.
