: About Me

Hi, my name is Cathy Ellis, and I live in Taylors Falls, Minnesota. I've always written for pleasure, and am now excited that I can have my thoughts viewed. I have one children's book titled You Can Be Anything You Want Except Stupid, and a novel titled The House Across the Street, which I have been writing in my myspace blogs, but will now also share with you (and get rated :)) I am a single mother of two teenage daughters, and I am trying to build an arts school and also a therapeutic healing center which will utilize equine therapy. I've taught violin and piano lessons for 18 years but am now working on the changes in my community that I mentioned above. I would like to hear from other people in the music, business, and healing fields, and welcome all praise and constructive criticism. Thank you for visiting me here at Helium.
